1993

Graziano Fiorelli becomes MBE Master Licensee for Italy

2009

MBE Worldwide was formed to acquire Mail Boxes Etc. from UPS (except business in the US and Canada)

2012

MBE establishes direct presence in France

2014

MBE establishes direct presence in Poland

2017

Acquisition of PostNet and AlphaGraphics

2018

MBE becomes majority owner of 44 Centers from franchisees, creating a Directly Operated Stores (DOS) Platform

2020

MBE signs agreement with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, LP to acquire up to a 40% ownership interest in MBE Worldwide via a restricted capital increase to support additional growth

2021

MBE Worldwide acquires PACK & SEND in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom; Multicopy in the Netherlands; and PrestaShop, the leading e-commerce platform in Europe and Latin America

2022

Acquisition of GEL Proximity in Italy and World Options in the UK, USA, Australia, Belgium, and the Netherlands
